I used to think creatine was only for guys trying to get bulky 😅 I avoided it for years. Finally tried it and within like 2 weeks my strength went up a lot. I’m not bigger, just more toned and tighter. Honestly wish I started sooner.

I feel like nobody talks about this but creatine helped my brain fog sooo much. I feel way more focused at work now. I originally got it for the gym but I stay for the mental clarity.

I’ve tried powders before and never stuck with them. This is the first time I’ve been consistent and I think that’s why I’m actually seeing results now.

I was honestly really hesitant to try creatine because I’ve always been super careful with anything that could affect my hormones. I kept seeing mixed things online and didn’t want to risk it, especially having dealt with hormonal imbalances before.

But I finally looked into actual research instead of just comments, and realized creatine is one of the most studied supplements out there and doesn’t mess with hormones the way people make it seem.

I started taking it consistently and the difference wasn’t like overnight, but after a few weeks I noticed I had way more strength during workouts, and I wasn’t getting as exhausted halfway through. The biggest surprise for me though was how much it helped with my mental clarity and overall energy.

Also for anyone worried about “weight gain,” yes the scale might go up a little at first, but it’s not fat. I actually look more toned and less puffy than before. I genuinely feel stronger, more energized, and just better overall.”

Not gonna lie i am NOT a gym girl like that 😭 i literally just wanted more energy because i was feeling tired all the time. i kept seeing girls talk about creatine but also saw people saying it’s only for men or that it makes you bulky which scared me.

i finally tried it anyway and im actually so glad i did. i don’t feel bulky at all, if anything i feel tighter and stronger. even just doing normal workouts or daily stuff feels easier.

the biggest thing for me is my energy tho. i don’t feel drained halfway through the day anymore and i’m way more consistent with my workouts now because of that

i feel like girls are lowkey missing out on this bc of the stigma around it

I have PCOS and my cycles were completely irregular. I started taking inositol without expecting much, but after a couple months my period actually became consistent. That alone made it worth it for me.

My weight would not budge before, even when I was eating clean. After a few months of taking this consistently, I finally started seeing progress. It wasn’t instant, but it worked.

I started taking inositol because I have PCOS and was honestly just tired of feeling out of control in my own body. My cycles were irregular, my cravings were insane, and my mood was all over the place. I had already tried changing my diet and working out more, but it still felt like my body wasn’t responding the way it should.

At first I was skeptical because I’ve tried a lot of supplements before that didn’t really do anything. But I kept seeing people talk about inositol and decided to give it a real shot and actually stay consistent with it.

After about a month I started noticing small changes, like my cravings weren’t as intense and my mood felt more stable. After a couple months, my cycle started to regulate which honestly felt like such a big win for me.

It’s not like a magic overnight fix, but it feels like my body is finally working with me instead of against me. I feel more balanced, less anxious, and just more like myself again.

My main issue was hormonal acne and crazy cravings around my cycle. I also felt super bloated and just off all the time. I didn’t want to go straight to medication so I looked into more natural options and found inositol.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect much at first. But after staying consistent with it, I started noticing my skin calming down, fewer breakouts especially around my period, and my cravings weren’t as intense.

I also feel like my mood is way more stable. I used to get really irritable before my cycle and now it’s not nearly as bad.
