Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hormoniahealth.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

For subscription orders, customers may cancel future shipments at any time before their next billing date through their customer portal or by contacting support.
